This is a concept study for the redevelopment of a site with an existing single home into three detached homes. The site is located within a town in Oxfordshire. Two of the homes are to be five bedroomed and one is to be a three bedroomed retirement home. All the houses face east / west with views over Oxfordshire countryside.
